Cupcake recipe here: http://www.recipegirl.com/2007/03/16/white-wedding-cake-cupcakes/  I substituted lemon cake mix for the white cake mix, half the vanilla for lime juice and zest from lime and used two whole eggs instead of 4 egg whites.

Buttercream recipe here: http://www.recipegirl.com/2007/03/16/wedding-cupcake-buttercream/  I used about 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice instead of vanilla and added a bit of cream to get a nice consistency for piping.
